The person you tell gets one as well. A reward only you could see would make it a bounty, and that is not how anybody recommends anything.

It is in your workspace under Settings, Refer a business. One link, nothing to configure.
- They get started
The reward lands when they are actually up and running, not when they sign up. That is deliberate: paying on signup would make throwaway workspaces the most profitable thing anybody could do with this.
- You both get a free month
Added to the end of what you are already paying for. They get one too, which is why this reads as a tip rather than a pitch.
