Before you start

Can I bring my reviews from another app?

Yes. Import from Judge.me, Loox, Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped or a spreadsheet, and the photos, original dates and verified badges come with them.

Do new reviews go live on their own?

Only if you want them to. By default each one waits for your approval, or you can publish automatically above a rating you choose.

Can customers leave a review without being asked?

Yes. The widget has a Write a review button. Those reviews arrive unverified and wait for your approval.

Will my stars show in Google?

Your reviews carry the rating in the format search engines read. Whether they show it is up to them.

Does it work with my Shopify store?

Yes. Connect Shopify and each order can ask for a review a few days later, and the reviews sit on your product pages.
