Jobs and estimates

Housecall Pro exports jobs and estimates as spreadsheets for your records, and CustoDesk has no importer for them. Start new work in CustoDesk and let Housecall Pro finish what is open.

Tell us where it is and we rebuild it on a CustoDesk theme, with your words and photos, on your own domain.

When Housecall Pro is the better fit

A move only makes sense if CustoDesk does the part you rely on most. These are the cases where it may not.

  • You offer customers financing, or sell maintenance plans through Housecall Pro.
  • You rely on its flat-rate price book and employee GPS tracking.
  • Route optimization matters more to you than having the rest of the business in one place.

Moving from Housecall Pro

Can I bring my customers from Housecall Pro?

Yes. Housecall Pro exports customers as a spreadsheet, and CustoDesk's contact import matches its columns to profile fields. You can undo an import for 7 days if something looks wrong.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Turn on one app and keep the rest where it is until you are ready. Apps switch on and off one at a time, so there is no big day.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. There is no charge per person on any app. Everyone on your team is included.

Does CustoDesk track my techs by GPS?

No. The Jobs app schedules and assigns work, and Time Tracking records hours, but nothing tracks location.

Is a website included?

The Website app is its own app with hosting and your own domain included. Your booking page, reviews and services can show on it, always up to date.
