Money in, on one screen.

What is paid, what is due and what is late, with the late ones already being chased for you.

Need one right now? Make a free invoice or a free estimate.

An example of the Invoices screen for a carpenter in October: $38,420 paid this month, which invoices are paid, which is due and which is late, and a reminder already sent for the late one.

It chases, so you don't.

Reminders go out on the due date, then three and seven days late, with the PDF attached. They stop once it is paid.

An example invoice's history: sent with the PDF, viewed by the customer, reminded on the due date and three days later without anyone sending anything, then paid, which stops the reminders.

Paid straight into your account.

Customers pay by card from the invoice. It lands in your own Stripe, and CustoDesk takes no cut.

The job becomes the invoice.

Build it from the accepted quote, the job or the hours your team logged, and the payment lands in your books.

An example of one job becoming one invoice: the approved quote, the finished job and the billable hours build the invoice, and its payment is recorded in the books.

What Invoices does

The small things that decide whether an invoice gets paid on time.

  • Payment termsDue on receipt, net 30, or on a date you pick. Set your usual once.
  • Your wordingRewrite any email it sends. The pay link stays in, whatever you write.
  • A PDF on every emailThe invoice, each reminder and the receipt carry the PDF, with your logo.
  • Recurring invoicesRegular customers get theirs on schedule, raised and sent for you.
  • Files and copiesAttach drawings or photos, and copy your accountant on the send.
  • On their profileEvery invoice email sits on the customer's profile, with when they opened the invoice.

Before you start

Can my customers pay by card?

Yes. Connect your Stripe account once, and every invoice has a button to pay it by card.

Do you take a cut of payments?

No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and Stripe's own fee is the only one taken.

Can I take a deposit first?

Yes, with Quotes. Your customer pays it when they accept the quote, and the invoice it becomes counts it.

Can I change what the emails say?

Yes. Reword the invoice, reminder and receipt emails in your settings. The link to pay always stays in.

Do I have to send reminders myself?

No. They go out on their own on the due date, then three and seven days late, while anything is still owed. You can switch them off.
