CustoDesk gives cafés and restaurants one place for the menu on your website, the orders people place on their way in, the stamp card that brings them back and the review they leave after. Every order, stamp and review lands on the same customer, so you know who your regulars are.
We already know your line of work. Make your workspace, answer 3 quick questions, and the apps yours runs on are switched on. No card to start.
One morning at Café Linde. Orders came in from its own website with a pickup time each, the counter marks them ready and the email goes, and a stamp lands on the regular's card.
One login is the product. This is the section that shows it.
Right now the menu is a PDF on a site somebody else built, online orders arrive through a delivery app that keeps the customer, the loyalty card is paper in a wallet, and the reviews sit behind another login nobody checks.
Somebody nearby finds your site, with today's menu and whether you are open right now
Websites
They order ahead from your own checkout, add oat milk and an extra shot, and pick a time
Online Store
It lands on the counter screen, and when you mark it ready they get the email
Online Store
At the counter you find them by their phone number and add a stamp to their card
Reward Program
Once it is picked up, a review request follows, and the ones you publish show on your site
Review Platform
The new fall menu goes out to your regulars by email, from your own domain
Customer Portal & Campaigns
six steps, five apps, one login. Nothing was exported, nothing was typed in twice, and it stayed the same customer the whole way down.
Every app named here is shipped and running. None of it is a roadmap.
A site on your own domain, started from a finished theme written for food. Your menu comes straight from the shop with vegan and gluten-free marked, your hours split for lunch and dinner and change for a holiday, it says Open now on your own clock, and directions are one tap away.
Orders ahead for pickup from your own site, at a time from your pickup hours, with add-ons like oat milk and a note on each item. Card payments land in your own Stripe account, a counter screen keeps itself up to date, and one button pauses new orders when the line is out the door.
A review request follows each order once it is picked up, you decide what gets published, and those show on your site. The free review QR tool makes a card for the counter that opens your Google reviews.
An account on your own domain where regulars see their orders and their stamp card, plus the campaigns you send them from a sending domain of your own.
A stamp card for the counter. Find them by phone, add a stamp, and their card is a link they keep, with nothing to download and no account to make. You choose how many stamps fill it.
The same apps you have just read about, as one switch.
These are exactly the apps on this page, on from day one, with nothing to connect and nothing you are stuck with.
Every app is its own thing, and you can drop any of them the day you stop needing it. See how pricing works.
Reservations is in a pilot with restaurants now, and we switch it on for you: your floor, your service hours and a book for the night, with guests booking from your website.
Nothing here is needed on day one. That is the point of it being a switch.
Each is one switch, the day the business asks for it, and it opens already knowing your customers.
Turn any of them on the day you need it, and off again when you don't. Every app and what it does.
Asked and answered before you have to ask.
No. Start with the site and ordering ahead, and nothing else is on screen until you switch it on. There is no hardware to buy and nothing to install, and the day you take somebody on, they are one invite away.
No, and we would rather say so up front. There is no card reader, till or kitchen screen, and nobody orders from the table. Keep what you ring people up with at the counter. CustoDesk runs what happens around it: the site, orders ahead, the stamp card, the reviews and the email to your regulars.
People pick a pickup time from the hours you set for pickup, every 15 minutes once your prep time has passed, up to two weeks ahead if you allow it. The order lands on the counter screen with its add-ons and notes, one tap sends the ready email, and you can pause new orders with a message when the line is out the door.
Not with drivers. There is no courier or driver dispatch: orders from your site are picked up, or posted if you sell things that travel, like beans. Keep a delivery app for delivery, and take pickup orders on your own site with no marketplace between you and the customer.
Not yet. Neither is built today, so keep whatever you use for them now.
Yes, with Reservations, which we switch on for you while it is in its pilot with restaurants. Guests pick a party size, a day and a time on your booking page or your website, get a confirmation and a reminder by email, and can change the time or the party, or cancel, from a link up to the cutoff you set.
No. Every price is per workspace, not per person, so every barista, cook and server works in every app you switch on. Taking on summer staff does not change the bill.
3 questions, because you have already answered the first one. Your workspace opens with the apps your kind of business runs on, and it is yours to keep.
Pick the line of work that fits and we will show you that one instead.
