Give customers somewhere that is theirs.

An account on your own domain where customers see everything they have with you and message you, plus campaigns sent from your own address.

An example customer account for a clothing shop: a reply waiting in its inbox, an order on the way, the customer's reward points and the shop's banner, and a new reply from the shop about that order.

Everything they have with you.

Orders, bookings, subscriptions, tickets and points, each on its own tab, for the apps you have switched on.

An example of the tabs in a customer's account, one for each app the business uses: orders, bookings, subscriptions, events, rewards and the inbox.

A conversation, not a contact form.

A message from their account lands in your team's inbox on their profile, and your reply reaches them in the same thread.

An example conversation in a customer's account about an order: their question, the shop's reply, and a note that the same conversation is in the team's inbox.

Something made for them.

Birthday points on the day, offers for everyone or for one person, and banners on their Home page that start and stop when you say.

An example of what a customer finds in their account: birthday points added just for them, and an offer every customer sees.

Email worth opening.

Try two subject lines on a slice first, and a read-through before you send catches the broken link and the missing name.

An example campaign about to go out: its audience, two subject lines tried on a fifth of it first, and the checks it passed before sending.

Before you start

Do my customers need a password?

No. They type their email and get a one-time code to sign in, so there is nothing to forget or reset.

Which tabs will they see?

Home, Inbox and Settings always. Orders, Bookings, Subscriptions, Rewards, Events, Courses and the Affiliate Program each appear when you switch on the app behind them.

Can it be on my own domain?

Yes. It works at your CustoDesk address until you point my.yourbusiness.com, or any address you like, at it.

Where do my campaigns send from?

From your own domain, once it is verified, so your email builds your reputation and nobody else's.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. There is no charge per team member.

A place they come back to.
