Tell us where it is and we rebuild it on a CustoDesk theme, with your words and photos, on your own domain.

When Dubsado is the better fit

A move only makes sense if CustoDesk does the part you rely on most. These are the cases where it may not.

  • You have already built deep automated workflows in Dubsado and they run the business well.
  • You want to choose between Stripe, Square or PayPal for payments. CustoDesk takes cards through Stripe.
  • You run several brands from one account.

Moving from Dubsado

Can I bring my clients from Dubsado?

Yes. Dubsado exports clients as a spreadsheet, and CustoDesk's contact import matches its columns to profile fields. You can undo an import for 7 days if something looks wrong.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Turn on one app and keep the rest where it is until you are ready. Apps switch on and off one at a time, so there is no big day.

Is online booking extra?

Bookings is its own app. Turn it on and clients book from your page or your website, with reminders sent for you.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. There is no charge per person on any app. Everyone on your team is included.

Can clients sign and pay online?

Yes. Contracts are signed by link, estimates are approved and a deposit paid online, and invoices are paid by card through your own Stripe account.
