For Agencies & consultants

From the pitch to the paid invoice.

CustoDesk gives agencies and consultants one place for the proposal, the contract, the hours behind the work and the bill at the end of it. Send the scope, get it signed, track the time against it, and invoice it without opening a second tool.

One approved scope, with the signature and the hours already attached to it. Invoicing it is not a reconstruction, because nothing about it lives anywhere else.

One platform, start to finish

Right now the proposal is in one tool, the contract is in another, the hours are in a spreadsheet somebody has to remember to fill in, the invoice is behind the accounting login, and nobody can say what a client has actually cost you.

  1. An enquiry comes in through your form and lands as a client with their answers attached

    Forms & Checklists

  2. You send the scope as an estimate, and they approve it from their phone

    Invoices & Estimates

  3. The contract goes out from a template and comes back signed and timestamped

    Contracts & eSign

  4. The team log their hours against that client as the work happens

    Time Tracking

  5. Approved hours become the invoice, and the card payment lands in your own Stripe account

    Invoices & Estimates

five steps, four apps, one login. Nothing was exported, nothing was typed in twice, and it stayed the same customer the whole way down.

The apps behind that, and what each one does for you

  • Send the scope as an estimate they approve online, ask for a deposit before the work starts, and turn approved hours into an invoice that chases what is owed on its own. Retainers go out on a schedule you set once.

  • Contracts and statements of work from reusable templates with the client's details merged in, signed on a phone, with a timestamped trail you can hand to anybody who asks.

  • Everyone logs hours against the client and the piece of work, so you can see what a retainer really costs you before you renew it, and bill the hours you meant to bill.

  • One enquiry form, one brief, one onboarding checklist. Share the link and every response arrives as a client profile with the answers already on it, rather than as an email you have to unpick.

All of it, switched on together

The Client Work Bundle is exactly the apps on this page, on from your first day and already reading from the same customer list. Nothing to connect, nothing to import twice, and nothing you are stuck with.

  • One login for every one of them, and for whoever you add to the team.
  • Your whole team in all of it. Two of you or twenty, it works the same.
  • On and off in a click add an app the month you need it, drop one the month you don't.

Then it grows with you, one app at a time

None of these is something you need on day one. Each is one switch, the day the business asks for it, and it opens already knowing your customers.

  • Your portfolio lives on a platform you do not control

    Website & Hosting

A fast site on your own domain where enquiries land straight in the desk as a client, with the first draft of the copy written for you.

  • The pipeline is a spreadsheet only one of you updates

    Sales CRM & Pipeline

Drag deals across your stages, log the calls on the deal, and forecast the month. Enquiries become deals without being typed in twice.

  • Tax time means a folder of receipts and a bad weekend

    Expenses & Books

Snap the receipt, log the miles, and keep a profit and loss that already counts the invoices clients have paid.

  • Clients keep emailing to ask where things are

    Customer Portal & Campaigns

Give them an account of their own to message you and see what has been sent, signed and paid, on your domain rather than ours.

  • New work comes from the work you have already done

    Review Platform

Ask for a testimonial when a project signs off, decide which ones go public, and show them on your own site.

Turn any of them on the day you need it, and off again when you don't. Every app and what it does.

Worth knowing before you sign up

There are two of us. Is this built for a big agency?

It is built for whoever turns it on. Nothing here needs a team: no roles to configure, no approval chains, no seats to hand out. The proposal, the contract, the hours and the invoice in one place is worth it on your own, and the day you take somebody on they are one invite away.

We bill fixed fee, not by the hour.

Then bill fixed fee. Tracking hours and billing hours are two different switches: the time you log can become invoice lines, or it can just tell you what a project cost you while the client sees the price you quoted. Plenty of studios use it only for the second.

Where does the actual work live?

In the free Core Workspace that comes with every account: projects, tasks with their own statuses, subtasks, dependencies, comments, and List, Board, Calendar or Table views of any of it. That part costs nothing whether or not you ever switch on a paid app.

Can I start with just invoicing and contracts?

Yes, and it is a normal place to start. Add time tracking the month somebody asks where the hours went, and forms when you are tired of the same three emails. Each one opens already knowing your clients.

We are on retainers, not projects.

Set the schedule once and the invoice raises itself, weekly through to yearly, sent automatically or dropped in as a draft for you to look at. Pause it when a client pauses, and resuming picks up from the next one rather than firing every invoice it missed.

Do I pay for every person in the studio?

No. Every price is per workspace, not per person, so the whole studio works in every app you switch on. Hiring a third designer does not change the bill.

3 questions, because you have already answered the first one. You get a live demo with your kind of business in it, and if you like it, keep it.
