CustoDesk is one workspace with 27 business apps in it, built by FlowWerks. Every app reads from the same customer list, and every app is priced per workspace rather than per person, so putting your whole team in one costs exactly the same as putting one person in it.
Why it exists
A business with ten people ends up running eight or nine separate tools. One for support, one for invoices, one for the schedule, one for reviews, one for the website. Each holds its own copy of the customer, none of them agree, and every one of them charges again for every person you add.
So the software quietly punishes the two things a business is supposed to want. Hiring costs more. Knowing your customer costs more, because the only way to see the whole picture is to pay a ninth tool to stitch the other eight together.
