Before you start

Which orders count?

Paid orders in your Online Store and orders from Shopify, counted by the affiliate's code first and then by their link within the time you set.

Where do affiliates sign in?

In their account in Customer Portal, which the Affiliate Program works inside. They sign in with a one-time code sent to their email.

How do I pay them?

Download a payout file for bank transfers, pay it from your bank, and mark each payout as sent. You can have it ready on the same day every month.

What happens when an order is refunded?

The commission shrinks by the same share. If it was already paid, the difference comes off what they are owed next.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. There is no charge per team member.
