Can I bring my contacts from HoneyBook?

Yes. HoneyBook exports contacts as a spreadsheet, and CustoDesk's contact import matches its columns to profile fields. You can undo an import for 7 days if something looks wrong.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Turn on one app and keep the rest where it is until you are ready. Apps switch on and off one at a time, so there is no big day.

Can clients sign and pay online?

Yes. Contracts are signed by link, estimates are approved and a deposit paid online, and invoices are paid by card through your own Stripe account.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. There is no charge per person on any app. Everyone on your team is included.

Do I still need a separate email tool?

No. Email campaigns, drips and automations come with the Customer Portal app, and they read the same customer profiles.
