A profile is the record CustoDesk keeps for each of your customers. It is created the first time somebody contacts you, and every app you switch on keeps writing to it. This is the part that makes CustoDesk one platform rather than a folder of separate tools.
One profile, and every app you turn on keeps it current.
Everything on this page is shipped and running today, and free on every account.
The first email, form, booking or order makes the profile. You never have to type a customer in before you can start working, and you never end up with two of them because two people spelled a name differently.
A booking, an invoice, a job, a review, a chat: each lands on the profile the moment it happens, with the app that produced it named beside it. Nothing is exported, nothing is connected, and nothing is typed in twice.
Messages, appointments, payments, jobs and reviews sit in a single timeline, newest first. Picking up a customer you have not spoken to in a year is one scroll rather than five tabs.
Notes anybody leaves live on the profile instead of in one person's head, so whoever picks the customer up next starts where the last person stopped. Your whole team is included on every app you turn on, so there is never a reason to keep somebody out of it.
Every profile exports to CSV from inside the app, whenever you want, on the trial too. Bringing your existing customers in works the same way round: import them from a spreadsheet and start where you already are.
Switch an app off again and the profile keeps everything it already holds.
None of this is an integration you set up. The apps are not talking to each other, they are reading and writing the same customer.
Four questions and you get a workspace you can open, with the apps your business runs on already switched on. No signup, no card.
