Before you start

What takes stock off?

A paid invoice, an Online Store order, a subscription delivery, and a booking's add-ons and supplies. A refund or a received purchase order puts it back, and you can adjust it by hand with a reason.

Do I have to count everything?

No. Each item can be counted or not, and services never are.

Does it work with my Online Store?

Yes. With both on, every option you add to the store gets a row in the catalog, one click brings in the ones from before, and the two share one count.

Can I get my list out?

Yes. Download your items, stock history, suppliers and purchase orders as spreadsheet files whenever you like.

Do I pay for each person on my team?
