New people start doing it right
Somebody in their first week follows the same steps as somebody in their fifth year. That is the whole difference between a business and one person who is very good at their job.
Every save is kept
Editing keeps a version history you can read and roll back to, and restoring is itself just another save, so it is undoable too. Improving the handbook never risks it.
Two people cannot overwrite each other
A save built against an out-of-date copy is refused, and it names the teammate who got there first. Mention somebody with an at-sign and they are notified.
Findable as it grows
Search runs across every title and body with the matching line shown in the list. Pin the ones people need most and they sort to the top and appear on the Home dashboard.
