Vagaro exports your customer list as an Excel file. Save it as CSV, then import it into Contacts and match its columns to profile fields. You can undo an import for 7 days if something looks wrong.

Tell us where it is and we rebuild it on a CustoDesk theme, with your words and photos, on your own domain.

When Vagaro is the better fit

A move only makes sense if CustoDesk does the part you rely on most. These are the cases where it may not.

  • New clients find you through the Vagaro Marketplace. CustoDesk has no marketplace.
  • Your practice relies on SOAP notes or medical features like e-prescribing.
  • You use a branded app, a check-in app or live-streamed classes.

Moving from Vagaro

Can I bring my customers from Vagaro?

Yes. Vagaro exports your customer list as an Excel file; save it as CSV and CustoDesk's contact import matches its columns to profile fields. You can undo an import for 7 days if something looks wrong.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Turn on one app and keep the rest where it is until you are ready. Apps switch on and off one at a time, so there is no big day.

Can clients pay a deposit when they book?

Yes. A service can take nothing, a deposit or the full price at booking, through your own Stripe account.

Do I pay for each person on my team?

No. There is no charge per person on any app. Everyone on your team is included.

Will new clients find me on CustoDesk?

CustoDesk has no marketplace. Your booking page and website are your own, on your own domain, and your services show on your site as they are.
