Every customer, one profile.

With Contact Profiles, everyone who contacts you gets their own profile, and every app you turn on keeps adding to it.

The first email, form, booking or order makes the profile. People are matched by email, so the same person always lands on the same one.

Before you start

Do I have to add customers myself?

No. A profile is made the first time someone emails you, fills in a form, books or buys. You can also import a list or add someone by hand.

What if the same person gets in touch twice?

They're matched by email address, so they land on the same profile, and new details fill in the blanks without overwriting what you already have.

Can I bring my existing customers?

Yes. Import a CSV of up to 5 MB, match its columns to profile fields, including your own, and undo the import for 7 days if something looks wrong.

Can I take my customers with me?

Yes. Anyone with access to Contacts can export the list as a CSV.

What does it cost?

The Core Workspace is free for life on workspaces claimed while this promotion is open. The apps you add on top are priced per workspace, not per person, so every one covers your whole team.
