Your subscribers

Linktree exports subscribers as a spreadsheet on its paid plans. Import it into Contacts and match its columns to profile fields. You can undo an import for 7 days if something looks wrong.

Your links

Linktree has no export for links, so you add them to your CustoDesk page. Keep your Linktree live until the new link is in your bio.

When Linktree is the better fit

A move only makes sense if CustoDesk does the part you rely on most. These are the cases where it may not.

  • You earn affiliate commissions through Linktree Shops.
  • You sell digital downloads. CustoDesk's store does not deliver files.
  • You only need a free list of links and nothing more.

Moving from Linktree

Can I bring my subscribers from Linktree?

Yes, if your plan exports them. Linktree exports subscribers as a spreadsheet, and CustoDesk's contact import matches its columns to profile fields. You can undo an import for 7 days if something looks wrong.

What can a CustoDesk link page show?

Links, photos and posts, your bookable services, upcoming events and forms whose answers land in your inbox, across several pages under one address.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No. Turn on one app and keep the rest where it is until you are ready. Apps switch on and off one at a time, so there is no big day.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. A Links page can run on your own domain.

Can I sell downloads?

Not yet. The Online Store sells products and services, and the Courses app sells courses, but no file is delivered after a purchase.
