Pick your notice, your fees and how long you wait for someone running late. The policy writes itself as you choose.
Plans change, and we understand. You can cancel or move your appointment up to 24 hours before it starts at no charge, using the link in your confirmation email.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we charge 50% of the price of the appointment, because we can rarely fill the time at short notice.
If you miss your appointment without letting us know, we charge the full price of the appointment.
We hold your time for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten your appointment or ask you to book another time.
If something serious comes up, get in touch. We look at every case on its own.
It is a clear starting point, not legal advice. Rules on deposits and fees differ by place, so check the ones where you work, and tell people the policy before they book.
Anywhere people book: your booking page, your website and your confirmation emails. In CustoDesk's Bookings app it shows the moment someone books and on every customer's link to change or cancel.
Yes. A service in Bookings can take nothing, a deposit or the full price when someone books, into your own Stripe account.

No. The policy is written in your browser as you choose, and none of it is kept.
