No. Invite your whole team. Apps are priced per workspace, not per person.

Who decides what each person can open?

Admins, in Settings, area by area: none, view or manage.

Can people update their own details?

Yes. Everyone edits their own title, city, time zone, photo and birthday.

Does it show when someone is busy?

Yes. A dot shows who's online, and Do not disturb shows as DND on their card.

What does it cost?

The Core Workspace is free for life on workspaces claimed while this promotion is open. The apps you add on top are priced per workspace, not per person, so every one covers your whole team.
