Agencies and consultants

Senior attention, start to finish.

The person you meet is the person who does the work. Scoped honestly, priced before we start, and delivered when we said.

What we do

How we help.

Most engagements are one of these three. If yours is not, say so and we will tell you whether we are the right people.

A defined project

A clear brief, a fixed scope and a date. Best when you know what you need.

An ongoing retainer

A set amount of senior time each month, for work that keeps arriving.

A short review

A fixed piece of work that ends in a recommendation you can act on without us.

How it works

How it runs.

  1. 01

    A call

What you are trying to do, what you have tried, and what is actually in the way.

  2. 02

    A scope you approve

What is included, what is not, and what it costs. You sign before anybody starts.

  3. 03

    The work, visibly

You see progress as it happens rather than at the end, and you are invoiced against approved hours.

What you get

No account layer.

You are not handed to a junior after the pitch. The people in the first meeting are the people doing the work, which is why we take on fewer things at once.

  • The people you met do the work
  • Scope agreed before it starts
  • Approved hours, not estimates
  • Progress you can see
  • A clear finish, not an open tab

Questions

Fair questions.

What does it cost?
It depends on scope, and we will not guess on a first call. You get a written number before committing.
How do you bill?
Against hours you have approved. You see them as they are logged, not in a surprise at month end.
What if it is not working?
You can stop. We would rather end an engagement early than deliver something nobody wanted.

What are you trying to do?

A paragraph is plenty. We will tell you honestly whether this is something we should take on.

We reply the same working day.
